I hate people with undecided decisions.

The owner asks a patron in a restaurant,

"Sir, Are you eating here?"

"Maybe I'm eating here...I don't know? My friend said he's not eating here."

"So... are you eating here?"

"I don't know. I thought he was coming to eat with me"

"Sir, do YOU want to eat here?"

"Maybe."

that's just screwed up in 2 ways.
